Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pull, and fill parts orders for shipment, delivery, and customer pickup
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and order details to ensure order accuracy
- Organize and stage orders for processing and distribution
- Assist with stocking, replenishing, and organizing warehouse inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Valid Driver License
- Previous warehouse, picking, stocking, or distribution experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to read small print and accurately match part numbers and product information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and repetitive motion
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 80 pounds
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Regular exposure to varying temperatures, including extreme heat (over 100°F) and extreme cold (below 32°F)
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment
- Consistent Monday through Friday schedule
- 12.50 per hour
- Multiple shift options, no overnights
