Group 1 Buick GMC North is growing and looking to add Automotive Service Technicians of all skill levels—from entry-level to experienced Flat-Rate/Flag Technicians—to join our high-performing Buick GMC dealership!

As the highest-volume GMC dealership in Texas, our service department is fast-paced and thriving, with over 40 technicians and 100 repair orders daily. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment with strong earning potential and consistent workflow.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- 1 year of dealership experience or formal automotive training/education required
- ASE or Manufacture Certifications are a plus!
- Diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Tool proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
