- Candidates without hands-on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered.
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- For candidates without hands-on automotive experience, current enrollment in or completion of an automotive technician training program is required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
