- Install, maintain, and repair submersible pumps in residential properties.
- Perform plumbing tasks related to basement and crawlspace waterproofing, including the installation of drainage systems, sump pumps, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to determine proper layout and installation procedures.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions to ensure functionality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshoot urgent issues promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Support Groundworks’ culture of teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing homeowner questions and concerns professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
