Groundwave Cleaning is a growing residential cleaning company serving San Diego. We’re looking for reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and can represent our company professionally in customers’ homes.

This is a great fit for cleaners who are dependable, communicate well, show up on time, and know how to deliver high-quality standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Use specialized cleaning techniques for floors, appliances, and upholstery to ensure a spotless finish
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all assigned areas
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific needs
• Follow safety protocols for cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments efficiently while maintaining quality

Requirements

• Prior experience in residential cleaning is required
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
• General business liability insurance required or willingness to obtain it
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule flexibly
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to reach multiple client locations throughout the day
