Maid Nice Clean is hiring independent cleaners and cleaning teams in:
- North County San Diego
- Oceanside
- Escondido
- Surrounding areas such as Vista, San Marcos, Carlsbad, Encinitas, San Diego, Fallbrook, Bonsall, Valley Center, Poway, and nearby areas
Types of Jobs
- Residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Airbnb cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Light commercial cleaning
Pay
Compensation is paid per job, not hourly.
Most cleaners earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour depending on experience, efficiency, and job type.

Requirements
- Professional cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Must provide your own supplies and equipment
- Able to work independently
- Good communication
- General liability insurance required
- Background check required
