Job Title: Licensing Associate (On Site Position)

The Licensing Associate will play a key role in supporting the licensing process, maintaining relationships with partners, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Key Responsibilities:
- Attend calls/meetings with existing and potential partners and build strong relationships
- Update recurring reports for licensors: placement reports/decks, UPC reports, Amazon ASIN reports, sell-through reports, meeting recaps, etc.
- Maintain and update centralized files
- Collaborate with licensors to facilitate product development with approvals of 40 different lines of business
- Ownership of licensing approvals internally in collaboration with Product Approvals, Design and Product Development teams
- Review product samples, artwork, and packaging to ensure alignment with brand standards and contractual requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new licensing opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management skills with the capability to multi-task and balance various projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI) and database management software.
- Knowledge of licensing industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements is a plus.
