This position is a full-time contract role with the potential to become permanent based on performance.Location: Fully remoteSchedule: 9:00am – 5:00pmWe are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Licensing Associate to join our compliance team. In this role, you will prepare and process state and federal licensing and registration applications, ensure timely renewals, and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.What You’ll Do:Prepare and file regulatory licensing applications and renewalsCollect, verify, and organize required documentationMaintain accurate licensing records and audit filesCollaborate across teams to ensure compliance with state and federal requirementsDraft process documents and communicate licensing procedures to stakeholdersSupport internal audits and respond to regulator requestsWhat We’re Looking For:2 years of experience in regulatory licensing, compliance, or a related field (healthcare, insurance, finance, or other regulated industries)Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of paperworkTech-savvy with experience using databases and electronic filing systems (SQL a plus)Fast, independent worker with strong organizational skillsParalegal or compliance background ID: 44175
