Salary: $80-90k base CommissionJob Title:Account Executive (On Site position)Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Account Executivewith 3 years of experience in branded footwear sales, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands, to support the continued growth of our sales organization. This role will play a key part in expanding our retail footprint by supporting existing accounts andassistingwith onboarding new retail partners as we introduceadditionalfootwear brands.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience selling fashion-branded footwear, a strong understanding of wholesale retail environments, and the ability to support the launch and growth of new brand initiatives as our portfolio continues to expand.About Ground Up:Ground Up is a premier footwear manufacturerretaining an integrated portfolio of licensed and owned brands and has grown to be a leading supplier. Ground Up has become a recognizable brand for the whole family that stands for elevated fashion and fun.We aspire to have our teams embody our core values of:ServicePeopleTeamworkOpportunityResultsInnovationTrustKey Responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementAssistsenior account executives in building andmaintainingstrong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.Learn about client needs, preferences, and businessobjectivesto provide personalized service and support.Sales Support and AdministrationAssistin preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients under the guidance of senior account executives.Coordinate with internal teams to ensuretimelydelivery of products/services and resolution of client inquiries or issues.Develop andmaintainin-depth knowledge of product offerings, including categories, seasonality, costing, and style assortmentsSupport all functions of sales and marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution across accountsAssistin onboarding new retail partners and new brand programs, including account setup, item creation, and order flowManage andmaintainopen purchase orders (POs), open sales orders, and oversold reportsCreate andmaintainitem setup, POs, and sales orders in internal systemsSubmit, track, andmaintainsales orders, including updates and revisionsProspecting and Lead GenerationResearch andidentifypotential clients and business opportunities through market analysis, industry research, and networking.Assistin prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.Sales Pipeline ManagementUpdate andmaintainaccuraterecords of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM software.Assistin managing the sales pipeline, tracking leads, and prioritizing follow-up actions to move deals forward.Market Analysis and Competitive ResearchStay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities toidentifyopportunities and threats.Assistin conducting market research and analysis toidentifypotential target markets and customer segments.Training and Professional DevelopmentParticipate in sales training programs, workshops, and skill development activities to enhance sales techniques and knowledge.Seek feedback from senior team members and supervisors to continuously improve performance and effectiveness.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.3-5years of experiencein sales, sales support, or account management withinfashion or branded footwearExperience supporting new brand launches or onboarding new retail accounts is a strong plusStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with wholesale retail partners in footwear or fashionFamiliarity with retailer compliance, ticketing, and testing requirementsExperience supporting multiple brands or licensed programsEagerness to learn and grow in the field of sales and account management.Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
