Role Description
The Director of Operations (DOO) is a senior leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational performance and decisions of Ground Solutions across all divisions. This role exists to own operations by mentoring the General Managers and leadership within each division, improve efficiency and communication, accountability, safety, and profitability, and to ensure that each division operates in alignment with company strategy and standards.
The DOO serves as the operational integrator for the business—translating the CEO’s vision into execution, systems, and results—while allowing the CEO to focus on long-term strategy, innovation, acquisitions, and new business development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and P&L Management to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Strong Customer Service experience to uphold high levels of client satisfaction
- Strategic Planning and Project Management expertise for effective goal-setting and execution
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proven experience in managing and motivating diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
