Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in heavy-duty diesel engines
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel trucks and equipment
- Troubleshoot fuel systems, transmissions, driveline, brakes, clutches, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and components
- Experience with driveline, trailers, brakes, and clutches
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license required
- Relevant certifications preferred
