Experienced Pre-Suit Paralegal | Groth Law Firm
Make a meaningful difference for people recovering from an injury. Groth Law Firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to build strong client relationships and work alongside our attorneys to move personal injury cases from intake through settlement demand.
This role is ideal for an established paralegal who can confidently manage a caseload, communicate with compassion, and keep cases moving.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a pre-suit caseload and provide regular client updates.
- Gather and review medical records, bills, insurance information, and case documents.
- Prepare case summaries, demand packages, and correspondence for attorney review.
- Maintain accurate electronic files and collaborate with attorneys and team members.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior paralegal experience is required; personal injury experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
