Boys Varsity Basketball Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with varsity practices and games.
• Help with individual skill development and player workouts.
• Assist with offensive and defensive systems.
• Help with scouting, film, and game preparation.
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes.
• Support the program's overall culture and direction.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about basketball and player development.
• Eager to learn and grow as a coach.
• Strong basketball knowledge and ability to teach skills.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to work.
• Former high school or college player preferred.
• Previous coaching experience is helpful, but not required.
• Must have availability at 3:30-5:30pm weekly for practice
  
  

Working Conditions

Salary according to contract language.
