Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clearwater, Florida, for an Electrical Estimator. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the alignment of budgets with project goals. Daily tasks include reviewing project blueprints, calculating material and labor requirements, sourcing cost-effective solutions, and maintaining cost-control documents. The role will involve close coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to optimize project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control to provide accurate project budgets and financial tracking
- Knowledge of Electrical Contracting and Electricity to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with regulations
- Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles for technical accuracy in project planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with Accubid software is a plus
- Prior experience in electrical construction or related industries is advantageous
