- Driving monthly sales volume, gross, and profitability
- Desk deals, structure deals, and maximize every opportunity
- Lead, train, and hold a team of Sales Associates accountable to performance
- Push closing ratios, appointment show rates, and conversion
- Work side-by-side with Finance and GSM to drive total store performance
- Create urgency, energy, and a high-performance sales culture
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as an Automotive Sales Manager or closer
- Strong desk skills, deal structure, and negotiation ability
- Ability to coach, develop, and push a team to perform
- Competitive mindset! You don’t just hit goals, you beat them

Compensation
- $150K annually
- Commission bonuses based on performance
