Service Director
One of the finest dealerships in the nation, located in the Denver metro area has an opening for an experienced Service Director. You must be a hands on “people person” that can motivate and direct a staff and turn them into a winning team. Our CSI and ESI are a top priority. You will be in charge of every aspect of this service dept., including expense control, marketing, forecasting and staffing. Stable management staff with an exceptional parts dept for support. We are looking for a self starter, goal orientated take charge leader that is honest and ethical with verifiable references. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
- Lead and mentor a team of service technicians to deliver exceptional automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Implement best practices for vehicle maintenance and repair processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies for upselling services and products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the service department.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and automotive technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling services and enhancing customer experiences.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
