Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Provide basic information to customers regarding dealership services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Support sales, service, and other dealership departments with clerical duties.
- Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver's license preferred (depending on dealership requirements)
