Groome Industrial Service Group is a growing company providing specialty maintenance services nationwide across several industries. We seek dedicated personnel to travel from our Kingston, GA office and respond to service calls at power generation plants throughout the region. This role involves training to de-slag large utility boilers using explosives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to service calls at power generation plants
• Participate in training to de-slag large utility boilers using explosives
• Work outside in challenging conditions
• Climb ladders, scale stairs, and traverse confined spaces
Requirements:
• 21 years old with a valid driver's license
• No felony or family violence convictions
• No DWI convictions in the last 3 years
• Ability to lift 90 pounds
• High School Diploma / GED Required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to live within an hour of our office
• Willingness to be on call 24/7
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
