What You'll Do
- Assist retail customers and service technicians with their parts needs
- Look up, locate, and order automotive parts accurately and efficiently
- Maintain excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable, team-oriented Parts Department
- Help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Automotive parts counter experience is required
- Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram parts experience is preferred
- Strong computer and catalog lookup skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team
