Field Engineer

Duties:

• Support product pilot operations, deployment, troubleshooting
• Operate and troubleshoot mechanical equipment (conveyors, booms, and cleaning mechanisms)
• Collaborate with product engineers to transfer field insights into design iterations
• Document findings from field work
• Create and control the operational procedures for field implementation
• Lead implementation of operational tech (e.g., boom reel systems, deployment, maintenance cycles)
• Maintain operational data and test product performance
• Standardize procedure for product deployment
• Assist in validation of new product versions/prototype testing
• Coordinate equipment needs with suppliers/contractors
• Create best practices for large scale integration and client training

Requirements:

• Bachelor/master's degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, industrial, etc)
• 3 years of field engineering experience (mechanical, civil, industrial, etc)
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, fluid systems, etc
• Hardware implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience working outdoors at remote sites
• Experience transforming client needs into practical engineered solutions
• Experience with CAD/design tools (Onshape, AutoCAD, etc.)
