Must be able to commute to Sudbury, MA twice a week
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute new business opportunities, create target hot lists & leads, and consistently connect with prospects
- Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contact/players
- Meet, exceed, and fulfill client needs and requests in accordance with goals, objectives and metrics for the role
- Establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty — earn credibility and business!
- Knowledge is power! Research market trends and resources — be a consummate industry expert
- Generate key new business contacts and opportunities — maximize, capitalize, and follow through
- Approach sales activities with excitement— suggest and recommend strategic solutions
- Drive and influence decision makers!
- Connect & communicate — ask for business, and deliver!
- Resonate and support Groe values, vision, & mission
- Forge ahead with best business decisions/practices
- Achieve monthly individual and team based targeted goals
- High volume call responsibility

Qualifications:
- 2 years professional experience equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must be hungry for results, and superior quality service driven!
- Excellent communication, decision — making, negotiating, influencing and closing skills a must!
- Results-oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated, self starters!
- Strong CRM and ATS computer skills — willing to learn new programs and software
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to working smart!
- Focused, creative, sales minded individuals who thrive (and enjoy) multi-tasking fast-paced environment!
Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
