Personal Lines Sales Account Manager
Grober Imbey Insurance Agency (GIA) is leading local insurance Agency that provides a broad array of property and casualty, life and health and risk management products and services. We are seeking highly dynamic and motivated personal lines professional to join our team in our personal lines department.

As a Licensed Sales Professional you will work in a fast paced, high energy atmosphere. Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage. Ensure a positive customer experience. Confident self-starter who works well independently. Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills. Sales experience a plus. Bilingual candidates welcome.

The Personal lines customer service representative assists the Account Executive and other department personnel by processing work associated with insurance accounts, such as issuing insurance ID cards, rating, data entry, renewal preparation and other tasks associated with servicing our existing customers for their personal insurance needs.

*Preferred

• 3 years of prior experience providing service or account management of Personal Insurance lines with a carrier or agency.
• Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
• Needs to be Property & Casualty licensed
• AMS360 knowledge a plus
