Work Requirements:
- This position requires candidates to maintain primary residence within the AAA Northeast footprint (RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ, NH).
- Eligibility for this role is contingent upon residency within the AAA Northeast footprint (RI, MA, CT, NY, NJ, NH).
- 100% remote position
- Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Demonstrate strategic ownership, accountability, and ability to lead a remote team with minimal oversight
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience with proven success
- Minimum of 6 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of sales success including cross-selling
- Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire
- Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year
- Eligible for monthly performance-based bonus
