Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ensure the cleaning team follows all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Address concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness, ensuring prompt resolution
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and meet client expectations.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a commercial cleaning or custodial role, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently and manage multiple tasks
