In the role of Marketing Coordinator (Technology), based in our Jersey City, NJ headquarters, you’ll work as part of the Marketing team to promote a full range of B2B information management solutions -- delivered via GRM Information Management (physical services) and VisualVault, our highly-regarded, cloud-based Content Services Platform (CSP). Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, this technology-centric Marketing Coordinator role will be responsible for driving innovation and the use of AI across a broad range of activities central to the execution of GRM’s marketing plan. You’ll work at the center of a marketing team and in cooperation with Sales in order to scale programs and create efficiencies, using AI, to generate leads.
Essential job functions include:
· Serve as an ongoing source of knowledge for the Marketing team regarding the newest and most compelling uses of AI for marketing programs.
· Experiment with AI tools with an eye toward the creation of more innovative and effective marketing programs – including content creation, audience refinement, data aggregation, program automation and reporting.
· Support the development and preparation of marketing campaigns designed to optimize lead generation.
· Organize and execute the creation of marketing materials/sales support materials that augment the efforts of the Sales team.
· Create and implement content for the company website.
· Manage content creation — copy, images, video — for all communication channels, online (including social media) and offline.
· Develop means of campaign tracking. Analyze and report upon campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Math, Computer Science preferred)
· Proof of general inclination toward technology and existing knowledge and experience using AI
· Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to complete and manage multiple projects concurrently and independently
· Strong organizational, prioritization skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills; written and verbal
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a team environment and create positive personal relationships
