Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks across assigned routes, ensuring timely delivery of freight.
• No touch freight.
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems, optimizing delivery schedules while complying with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, inspections, and deliveries in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL A license.
• Skilled in operating manual transmission trucks with a strong understanding of truck systems and safety procedures.
• Proficient in route planning using GPS navigation tools for efficient delivery scheduling.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Good MVR, & be able to scan in loads through email & Genius Scan.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations governing commercial trucking operations.
