Preventative Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, air, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and service mechanical drives, pumps, and power transmission components.
- Support installation and upgrades of machinery and plant electrical systems.
- Maintain forklifts, manlifts, and other motorized equipment.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Preventative Maintenance Technician Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or trade school preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, physical exam, and background check.
- Military experience is a plus.
