About the role
Since 1982, Griswold Home Care has helped seniors and adults with disabilities live comfortably at home. We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) across the Fargo-Moorhead area to provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care right where our clients want to be, in their own homes.

What you will do
- Personal care and hygiene such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help with mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, supporting them with patience through changes in mood and behavior.
- Companionship and emotional support for seniors.
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the care team.
What we are looking for
- HHA certification preferred. Hands-on caregiving experience is welcome.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients.
- A compassionate, dependable approach and strong communication.
