We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, in person, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with customers.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting products or services that meet customer needs.
- Provides Customer Service on issues or problems with our products.
- Follows up with customer complaints and issues and provide resolution.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation.
- Contact customers or vendors to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- Creates and reviews reports for service orders for new and existing customers
- Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.
- Conducts other duties as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, such as call center support.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing payments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with office environments and standard office software applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
