- Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products or services
- Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback
- Handle client concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when needed
- Manage phone etiquette to ensure clear, respectful, and effective communication at all times
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling if required, while maintaining confidentiality and security
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of sales techniques and client service best practices to enhance customer experience
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving acumen
- Experience in outbound calling, data entry, or cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory
- Exceptional written skills for clear documentation and communication with clients and team members
