Are you a motivated, outgoing individual who loves talking to people and wants unlimited earning potential? Grindstone Sealcoating is looking for driven door-to-door sales representatives to help homeowners protect one of their biggest investments — their driveways.

We offer professional asphalt maintenance services, including sealcoating, crack repair, pot hole repair, etc. As a sales rep, you'll educate homeowners on how to extend the life of their driveway, improve curb appeal, and prevent costly future repairs — all while earning high commissions.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in designated neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our services
• Educate prospects on the benefits of sealcoating and asphalt maintenance
• Provide quotes and close sales on-site
• Submit orders and follow up with customers as needed
• Represent Grindstone Sealcoating professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Prior door-to-door sales experience preferred (solar, roofing, pest control, or similar)
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable working on 100% commission
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation

• Commission-based pay (average $1,500–$2,500 /week)
• Performance bonuses and incentives available
