Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Marlborough, MA. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales of custom commercial window products. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing product training, devising and executing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Regular communication with customers and team members is central to this position.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining excellent client relationships and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets and develop strategic sales approaches.
- Ability to conduct Training and educate customers or team members on product features and functionalities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools(Hubspot) and other sales management software is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
