We’re rapidly expanding across multiple markets and are looking for a professional, positive, and organized Customer Service Representative to help support our day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, confident communicator who can handle inbound customer inquiries, make outbound follow-ups, schedule jobs, manage customer expectations, and provide friendly, professional support.
You will be the first point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients, ensuring they receive fast, accurate information and a smooth service experience from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, thrives with autonomy, and enjoys talking to people.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and past customers.
- Build quotes based on our pricing system (training provided).
- Schedule residential and commercial sealcoating jobs.
- Update CRM with customer notes, job details, and follow-ups.
- Handle basic problem-solving and customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with operations team/crew leads for job scheduling.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand representation.
- Provide weekly performance updates.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, confident).
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, texting apps).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be reliable and consistent.
Preferred
- Experience in home services, contracting, or scheduling.
- Experience with ServiceMonster, Jobber, or any CRM system.
- Ability to handle high inbound volume during peak season.
Compensation
- Dependent on experience.
- Opportunities to advance into Operations Coordinator or Manager roles as the company expands.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30 during peak months
- 15-20 hour work weeks through slow months
