What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Grind Burger Kitchen?
Grind Burger Kitchen is hiring for servers! We are a burger based restaurant in the NULU\East Market area looking for FULL TIME and PART TIME. We have been featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives as well as have won dozens of local, regional and national awards for our food. We have a sister restaurant, Oskar's Slider Bar, and a bakery, Smor Nordic Bakeri also here in Louisville.
We have a great team of hardworking, fun, and energetic folks who have a high standard for themselves and take pride in a job well done. We are looking for more of the same. We like to be a polished team that pays attention to the details, makes the customer service experience great and offers all around amazing hospitality. We are located in a tourist/entertainment district so folks from out of town often come specifically to see us.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and stand during an entire shift
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Must be able to move quickly on foot
Repetitive bending and squatting
Must be able to use a step ladder
Server - $3.13 tips
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
