This role focuses on financial analysis, reporting, data validation, and creating the primary “source of truth” for enterprise financial data across multiple systems. The position partners closely with Acct/Fin, IT and Farming and Production Operations while remaining distinctly analytical rather than engineering-focused.

What You Will Need
- An undergraduate/graduate degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Solid understanding of data warehouses, data structures, financial data flows and AI tools, with strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and validation
- Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau and financial reporting dashboards
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Proven ability to validate, reconcile and troubleshoot complex data sets with a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate information into an organized and presentable manner
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Remote work not available for this position for the first two years.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check
Total Rewards: $80,000 - $95,000 / YEALY

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
