Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Choose the appropriate paint or finish for each job, based on the type of surface and desired outcome
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces, using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Ensure that each job is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
