Serving Naples since 1989, Grill & Fill, Inc. is looking for a driven, customer-oriented Retail & Service Associate to join our team full-time.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers through choosing the right grills, parts, and accessories.
- Safely handle propane tank refills and cylinder services.
- Assist with local gas grill deliveries, store support and basic maintenance of the equipment
What We Require:
- Reliable Transportation: Must be able to report to both Naples store locations (4000 Tamiami Trail East & 1970 J&C Blvd).
- Availability: Full-time (5 days/week, including Saturdays; closed Sundays).
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs periodically for propane servicing.
- Personality: Motivated, self-driven, team-oriented, and equipped with a fun, personable attitude that connects easily with customers
Compensation & Schedule:
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week salary pay
- Closed Sundays (with one fixed weekday off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
