Job Description
The Cape Brazilian Grill, a family-owned Brazilian steakhouse in Cape Coral, is seeking a dependable and motivated Gaucho / Grill Cook to join our team. Grilling experience is a plus but not required — we will train you on our imported Brazilian open-flame rotisserie grill.
We are looking for someone who speaks Spanish, is ready to learn, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Learn and operate our Brazilian-style rotisserie grill
- Assist in preparing, seasoning, and grilling meats
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Support kitchen prep and general back-of-house tasks as needed
- Deliver consistent quality in all grilled items
Schedule
- 20-30 hours per week
- Two days off per week
- Flexible schedule may be required during peak times
