Job Summary:
Grill and Greens is looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier/Customer Service team member to join our fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will have previous cashier experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle transactions accurately. You will also assist with cleaning, prepping pickup and delivery orders, and making fresh smoothies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment, ensuring correct change and receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping tables, mopping floors, and disposing of trash.
- Help prepare and package pickup and delivery orders efficiently, ensuring everything is in the bag.
- Track online orders and make sure they are bagged and ready for pickup.
- Make smoothies from the menu according to recipes, and comply with customer customizations.
- Assist in restocking and maintaining inventory as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier IN FOOD INDUSTRY
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be kind, always smiling, and can think on feet
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform cleaning duties, bagging pickup orders, and making smoothies.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
