About the Opportunity
Griffiths Prince Staffing & Consulting is seeking experienced Medical Technicians (Phlebotomists) to support the VA Bedford Healthcare System. These positions play a critical role in patient care by performing high-quality phlebotomy and specimen processing services across multiple clinical areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform onsite phlebotomy and specimen processing.
- Complete inpatient and outpatient draws, ward rounds, ED draws, STAT, ASAP, and timed collections.
- Process and prepare samples for send-out testing.
- Ensure positive patient identification and accurate specimen labeling.
- Protect all electronic and paper-based patient information in accordance with HIPAA.
- Document and resolve collection or processing issues promptly.
- Deliver patient-centered, professional service to avoid complaints from stakeholders and customers.
- Adapt to working in multiple lab areas based on service needs.
Technical Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
- High level of professionalism when interacting with patients and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of recent phlebotomy experience
- ACLS or BLS certification
- Resume/CV showing required education, experience, and training
- Proof of licenses, certifications, diplomas, and professional training
- Candidates must be screened against the OIG Exclusion List
- Signed Letter of Commitment (required)
