Essential Responsibilities & Duties
Executive-Level Administrative Support
- Communicate clearly, accurately, and tactfully in both verbal and written formats.
- Maintain a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
- Work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy in all work.
- Produce various correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Develop proficiency using other licensed software systems to manage to organization’s policies and procedures.
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documentation for Leadership Team and Board of Directors meetings.
- Ensure timely preparation, organization, and distribution of board materials.
- Attend board meetings regularly and coordinate meeting attendance with board members.
- Maintain corporate files, records, and corporate minutes.
- Operate and maintain a variety of office equipment.
- Provide administrative support for corporate matters as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining efficient administrative operations across the organization.
- Background & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Healthcare or managed care experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in internal/external computer systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, staff, and board members at all levels.
