What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory control
- Conduct daily team meetings to align goals and tackle challenges
- Ensure a secure, safe, and organized work environment
- Coordinate deliveries, route trips, and manage schedules
- Provide ongoing training and performance feedback
- Deliver top-notch service to walk-in customers and internal teams
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.).
- OSHA Safety Certification preferred but not required.
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience with responsibilities in inventory, shipping/receiving, and/or team leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs., operate forklifts/pallet jacks, and perform physical warehouse tasks as needed.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and maintain safety certifications as required.

The salary for this role will be determined based on various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The starting salary for this position is 27-28/hr. And may be adjusted in the future. In addition, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, disability, life, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
