Role Description
Griffin Concierge Medical is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse - Patient Care Coordinator to join our dedicated medical team in Tampa, FL. In this on-site role, you will work closely with our members and physicians to provide high-touch, personalized care. Responsibilities include performing clinical and clerical work as needed; communicating with patients via phone, email, and text; triaging with patients to identify emergent and non-emergent situations; scheduling appointments; obtaining prior authorizations; and submitting prescriptions to pharmacies. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience. Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
- 3 Years of experience in an Ambulatory Care Setting
- 3 Years EHR experience
- Administrative and clinical experience in a medical setting
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Exemplary verbal skills
