What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Sales and Marketing position at Griffin Concierge Medical?
We are hiring a hands-on leader to build and run the company’s growth engine across marketing, sales, and partnerships. The go-to-market strategy and associated execution is paramount to driving membership growth and establishing Griffin as a trusted platform for care in new and existing markets.
Specifically, the Head of Sales and Marketing will:
Build a Scalable Growth Engine
- Design and implement a structured marketing and sales infrastructure.
- Develop / manage a multi-channel growth strategy combining professional referrals (e.g., physicians, real estate agents, wealth managers), community partnerships (e.g., schools, country clubs), digital demand, and other community events.
- Implement CRM-driven marketing and sales processes to track funnel performance.
- Stand up marketing dashboards summarizing leads by source, conversion by source, pipeline leakage by stage, and marketing spend by channel, among other relevant metrics.
Improve Patient Conversion & Sales Discipline
- Manage / refine sales processes and ensure the Griffin way is clearly articulated to all prospective members.
- Standardize consult conversations to emphasize value before price.
- Maintain strategy / talk track for physicians to cross-sell memberships to existing patient panels.
Support Market Expansion
- Launch and lead marketing and community engagement strategy for existing and new clinics.
- Develop and support local awareness campaigns for both existing and new clinics.
- Build and maintain relationships with influential community stakeholders in each market. Key stakeholders expected to include physicians, real estate agents, wealth managers, schools and country clubs.
Build a Referral-Driven Growth Model
- Develop systematic referral partnerships across physicians, patients, realtors, wealth managers, community influencers, and local business leaders.
- Strengthen brand positioning and clarify brand messaging and value proposition.
Improve website and digital presence.
- Create marketing programs that resonate with affluent and professional demographics.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building multi-channel growth engines (referrals, partnerships, digital marketing, and community engagement).
- Extensive relationships in the Florida Market (ideally St. Pete/Tampa/Clearwater)
- Experience improving customer acquisition funnels and conversion processes.
- Strong familiarity and experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Experience growing businesses with limited budgets by focusing on high-ROI channels.
- Extremely outgoing and relationship-driven
- Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth or professional communities
- Strong communicator with a polished, sophisticated demeanor
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, lean organization
- Proven ability to operate as both architect and builder – developing data-driven go-to-market strategies while rolling up your sleeves to drive execution
- Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end from high level positioning and pipeline strategy to campaign execution, sales enablement, and revenue performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare services, membership-based services or, luxury/premium consumer experiences
