Automotive Business Development Center (BDC)

Job Description:
Grieco Ford is seeking an experienced Service Business Development Center (BDC) Assistant to join our team in Raynham, MA. This is a full-time position within our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive service or call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with service customers, service advisors, parts and service vendors, and all levels of store and corporate management
• Proactively greet customers and schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments
• Assist customers with service concerns, maintenance needs, and general inquiries
• Provide timely status updates to customers regarding their vehicles
• Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Accurately assess customer needs and guide them toward appropriate service solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required (automotive service department, BDC, call center, or similar customer-facing role)
• CDK Global (SMARTT and Drive) software knowledge required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong organizational skills with a professional, polite, and energetic demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

• Full-time position (Saturday availability is preferred, but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to reliably commute to Raynham, MA or plan to relocate prior to starting

Pay: $41,000.00 per year
