$1,000 Rention Bonus*
Location: Dutchess County, NY - Local travel with mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Full-time, Days — Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday

What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day medical care with an RN and advocacy

Maintain electronic health records

Train and support direct care staff

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:Valid NYS practical nursing license and driver's license required. Previous nursing experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
