What You'll Do
You'll guide and mentor a team of Behavior Specialists and ABA Specialists across 20 programs, ensuring that every person we support has access to high-quality, functional skill development. You'll oversee Behavior Support Plans, lead agency-wide training, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen our programs and outcomes.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading behavioral support services across all programs
- Coaching and developing clinical staff
- Overseeing FBAs and other assessment tools
- Ensuring consistent, compliant implementation of support plans
- Partnering with internal teams, families, and community partners
- Ensuring alignment with OPWDD behavioral support regulations

Qualifications:What We Seek:
- BCBA certification and NY LBA licensure
- 5 years in behavioral health, including 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of OPWDD behavioral support regulations
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
