Director of Residential Services - Salary: $100,000 - $110,000/yr

What You'll Need to Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in residential services for individuals with I/DD with strong knowledge of OPWDD regulations.
- Demonstrated experience implementing therapeutic supports rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Positive Behavior Supports, or similar evidence-based practices.
- A commitment to quality, innovation, and compassionate care.
