What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire residential teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations while maintaining a therapeutic, person-centered environment.
- Promote professional development and training for staff.
- Collaborate across departments to improve operations and service delivery.
- Provide flexible support, including participation in on-call responsibilities.

What You'll Need to Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in residential services for individuals with I/DD.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and OPWDD regulations.
