Advancement Associate
Location: Hopewell Junction
Status: Full-time
Greystone Programs is seeking an organized and outgoing Advancement Associate to provide hands-on, in-person support to our Advancement Department. This role supports donor engagement, fundraising events, stewardship activities, and day-to-day advancement operations while serving as a frontline representative of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support fundraising, stewardship, and community events (setup, registration, guest engagement, breakdown)

Interact professionally with donors, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and community partners

Assist with donor acknowledgments, thank-you letters, and follow-up communications

Track donations, sponsorships, in-kind contributions, and grants in CRM systems and Excel

Support sponsorship fulfillment and recognition efforts

Assist with Advancement committees, mailings, donor lists, and inventory management

Respond to Advancement-related phone and email inquiries

Support social media activities, monthly reporting, and basic marketing metrics

Represent Greystone Programs at community events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience supporting fundraising, events, donor relations, customer service, or administrative operations in a mission-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with CRM systems or ability to quickly learn

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
